How do I request a custom commission?
Browse our commission options or contact us with your idea. We'll discuss your vision, timeline, and pricing. A 50% deposit is required to begin your custom piece.
What's the turnaround time for commissions?
Turnaround times vary by project complexity. Tumblers typically take 2-3 weeks, paintings 3-4 weeks, and other custom pieces 2-4 weeks. Rush orders may be available—contact us for details.
Can I provide my own design or reference images?
Absolutely! We love working with your ideas, photos, and inspiration. Share your vision and we'll create a unique handcrafted piece based on your references.
What if I need to cancel my commission?
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Please review our return policy for complete details on custom orders.

How should I care for my painting or artwork?
Display away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Paintings are sealed for protection but should be handled with care.
How do I care for my handcrafted tumbler?
To keep your epoxy tumbler looking beautiful and lasting for years, please follow these care guidelines:
Washing:
- Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish soap
- Use a soft sponge or cloth - avoid abrasive scrubbers
- Do not put in the dishwasher, as high heat can damage the epoxy coating
- Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft towel
Temperature:
- Avoid extreme temperature changes
- Not suitable for hot liquids over 150°F (65°C)
- Do not microwave or freeze
- Let hot beverages cool slightly before pouring
Daily Use:
- The epoxy coating is durable but can scratch - handle with care
- Avoid dropping or banging against hard surfaces
- Keep away from sharp objects
- Store in a safe place when not in use
What to Avoid:
- Dishwashers and harsh detergents
- Soaking for extended periods
- Acetone, alcohol, or harsh chemical cleaners
- Direct sunlight for prolonged periods (may cause fading)

What materials do you use?
We use high-quality mixed media materials including acrylics, epoxy resin, alcohol inks, and various texturing mediums. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and durability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout.
When is payment due for commissions?
A 50% deposit based on estimate is required to begin your commission. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
What is your return policy?
Custom commissions, personalized items & Print on Demand are final sale. Ready-made items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Please review our full return policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly
How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary by product type (made-to-order items take 3+ weeks). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships. See our shipping policy for more information.
How are items packaged?
All pieces are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive extra cushioning and are marked accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.
