Refunds & Exchanges

We're happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with defects, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply order the wrong item or change your mind about a purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We will do our best to work with you. To request a refund for a damaged item, please reach out with photo evidence of the item's improper condition through our Contact page.

Please note, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order!

Print on Demand Items

All print on demand products are made to order specifically for you and are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Please carefully review product details, sizes, colors, and designs before placing your order.

Returns

We require customers to return any items if a refund is authorized (a photo of the damaged item will be required).

Cancellations

You're free to cancel an order anytime before items have been pushed to production. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it's unlikely that a cancellation is possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.

Changed Your Mind

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, defects, or has other obvious errors, we'll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their mind regarding a sale, it's unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, please double-check all personalization details (names, text, colors, etc.) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
